Q. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY APPRAISAL?
You will receive an appraisal for your own records. The appraisal is comprised of a disital color photograph, documentation of the item and description of the stone(s). The replacement value is clearly state at the bottom of the appraisal. GLI Certificate is a 3-Fold Portfolio furnished by an 9 x 13 inch. All appraisals are laminated and comes with a protective clear cover.
Q. HOW LONG DOES AN APPREAISAL OF ONE ITEM TAKE?
Usually an appraisal takes about 2 hours to complete. This may increase depending on the complexity of the item.
Q. DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT OR DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS?
